“Why am I here? What do I bring to the table?”
It is simple enough:
I was prompted to share my findings and pass on what I’ve learned (as relating to sustainability & plant-based living) after a cocktail of the two had a profound positive change in my health, and life overall.
I truly believe good health and well-being are inherent rights for all sentient beings, and not only a privilege to be set aside for the elitist archetype “1%”;
Feeling wonderful about your health and body should not be a luxury left to those who can afford a personal trainer, nutritionist, and a home chef utilizing organic groceries every day. No one should go to bed at night feeling anxious, depressed, hopeless, and distressed.
My goal is to bring a level of self-educational awareness to those who wish to maintain a level of healthy moderation to enjoy all the facets our lives can offer.
